       KDA Broadband was formed in 2018 by Jeffrey A. Spence, an industry veteran with over 40 years of experience designing, building and operating telecommunications networks. Mr. Spence served in many executive level technology positions including with Time Warner Cable, Rifkin & Associates, Avenue Broadband and most recently as the CTO of Pulse Broadband as acquired by NRTC. Jeff Spence also served as a consultant for Accenture and P&A Consultants providing technology and business consulting to many clients both large and small. 

       During his career, Jeff Spence was responsible for the build of tens of thousands of miles of plant and activation of hundreds of thousands of customers. Mr. Spence brings his perspective and extensive experience of using technology to solve business problems to KDA Broadband’s clients. 

       Within Jeff's role as CTO of Pulse Broadband and later as CEO of KDA Broadband, he led his team through a very successful  project to design and build Midwest Energy and Communications network in southern Michigan.

       KDA Broadband designed and managed the build of Phase 5 of the HomeWorks Tri-County Electric fiber network in central Michigan, as well as several smaller follow on areas including the City of Portland, Michigan.

       KDA is still involved with the construction management of the fiber to the home project for Thumb Electric in eastern Michigan.
